Meet Jessica, who joins Every Step Therapy Support with a background in Social Work and a genuine passion for supporting children and families. Alongside her work with us, Jessica also works within the hospital sector, bringing valuable experience in care, advocacy, and supporting people through life’s challenges. Jessica is passionate about working with parents, children, and families in a way that feels warm, collaborative, and empowering. With her vibrant energy and caring nature, she is a wonderful addition to our team.

why every step?

Every Step plays an important role in building strong connections between children and their caregivers. It offers a therapeutic approach to development, creating a safe and supportive space where children can decompress, express themselves, and continue to grow with confidence.

a little about jessica

Jessica has been playing soccer for over 18 years, and it has remained a significant part of her life. For the past six years, she has also enjoyed coaching young children at her local soccer club, finding it especially rewarding to support their development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Outside of soccer, Jessica enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, and spending quality time with her family.

Jessica’s favourite playroom resource is sensory toys, especially sensory balls. As someone who is naturally sensory seeking herself, she appreciates how helpful they can be for supporting regulation, calming the body, and creating moments of connection through play.
